Project Description: The owner of this Zircon sand grinding project is the supplier of Zircon sand in Iran. Raw materials:45 Micron Zircon sand, use two ways to grind, dry continuous grinding and wet batch grinding. Final products: 45 Micron Zircon sand.

Project Solution

Project Design Principles:

1. Wet batch ball mill: belt driving way , with Two heads type: Circular arc（No leaking）.The liner chooses: Alumina ceramic liner and Alumina grinding ball. Wet type batch mill: machine should manufacture according the foundation drawing from Client.

2. Dry continuous ball mill, raw material not connect with metal steel so feeding equipment and discharge equipment choose materials SS304. The liner chooses: Alumina ceramic liner and Alumina grinding ball.

3. Material must not connect MS,zircon sand connect parts are all covered SS304 or lining.
