1. Project Overview: The customer selected a hammer crusher. A supply contract was signed in January 2023, and equipment manufacturing and installation were completed in February.

2. Solution: This project involves the supply of one hammer crusher, PC500x350, with a designed hourly output of 5-10 tons. The following solutions were adopted to address the customer's needs:

1) The drive unit, crusher body, and base are integrated, making it convenient, compact, and easy to move and transport.

2) High Durability: Features large working hammers, cast using a new process, offering wear resistance and impact resistance. Particle size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The sealed structure solves dust pollution and ash leakage problems in the crushing workshop.

3) Uniform Product Particle Size: This series of products features small size, light weight, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, large crushing ratio, minimal over-crushing, uniform product particle size, and high production capacity. 4) Wide range of applications: This series of crushers is the preferred equipment for small sand and gravel production lines with low investment and quick results. By changing the form of the discharge grate, selective discharge can be achieved.
