Full-process technical services including process design, factory layout planning, equipment supply, equipment installation & commissioning, after-sales training covering raw material storage & transportation, drying, cooling, finished product storage & transportation systems, dust collection systems, flue gas dedusting, desulfurization and deodorization systems, as well as electric automation control systems.

Solution Overview

After winning the bid, engineering technicians of Zhengzhou Mining Machinery completed detailed construction drawing design in strict accordance with the technical specifications in the bidding documents after overcoming multiple technical challenges, and the drawings passed the review at the first submission.

The project department formulated rigorous implementation plans complying fully with contract clauses to carry out equipment manufacturing, installation, delivery and commissioning. With active coordination and support from the client’s project team, the project was completed on schedule and successfully commissioned.

During trial production, our after-sales service engineers were stationed on-site for over two months to promptly troubleshoot and resolve all on-site issues.
