Project Background

The phosphate ore processing production line in Guizhou is required to process a large volume of high-moisture phosphate ore with an initial moisture content of 25%-30%. The original drying equipment suffered from low efficiency, high energy consumption and substandard environmental emissions, making equipment upgrading and renovation imperative. To solve these problems, the company has cooperated with Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. to introduce large-scale dryers and build a high-efficiency, energy-saving and eco-friendly phosphate ore drying system.

High-efficiency Drying: The phosphate ore features a high moisture content of 25%-30%, which needs to be quickly dried to a moisture content of ≤1% to meet the requirements of subsequent processing procedures.

Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection: Reduce coal and power consumption, cut down exhaust gas emissions, and fully comply with national environmental protection standards.

Stability and Reliability: The equipment is designed for 24-hour continuous operation with low failure rate and convenient maintenance.

Intelligent Control: Realize precise regulation and control of parameters such as temperature, rotating speed and feeding capacity to improve the overall automation level of production.

The company adopts a 4m×25m rotary dryer as the core equipment, matched with high-efficiency hot blast stove, dust removal system and intelligent control system, to construct a full-process integrated drying production line.
