1. Working principle of the equipment
Roller granulator is a kind of molding equipment that makes materials containing certain moisture into specific shapes, mainly composed of rack, fixed roller device, movable roller device, transmission device, etc. Its working process is to extrude the materials entering the double roller granulator at one time. The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient cleaning and maintenance, low energy consumption, long service life, high granulation rate, etc.
The working principle of the opposite roller granulator is that the motor uses the belt to drive the speed reducer, and then the speed reducer drives the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate synchronously through chain drive. The material falls between the opposite roller from above the equipment, passes through the double-roller extrusion and granulation, and is discharged from the outlet. The first function of extrusion is to squeeze out the air between particles, and the other is to make the distance between particles close enough to produce attractions such as Van der Waals force, adsorption force, Crystal Bridge and embedded connection. Extrusion granulation particles are mainly formed by the acting force between molecules.
2. Equipment structure composition and characteristics
The double roll granulator is made up of rack, transmission device, movable roll device, fixed roll device and other accessory parts. The structural features of each part are as follows:
1). Rack: after the overall welding is finished, the large vertical lathe and boring and milling machine are used for integrated processing and manufacturing, which ensures the processing, matching precision and form and position tolerance of each part, and effectively improves the installation precision and reliability of the whole machine.
2) transmission device: belt transmission is adopted between the motor and the reducer, and the transmission is stable and reliable.
3). Movable roller device: the guide rail frame is inlaid in the bearing seat, making the bearing seat slide along the guide rail frame by adjusting the position of the spring seat, and adjusting the pre-pressure of the movable roller device through the lead screw, thus obtaining the products that meet the requirements.
4). Fixed roller device: adopt the split structure of roller and hub, which is convenient to replace roller. The cylinder is made of high quality carbon steel plate by rolling and welding. The high-end is equipped with material retaining ring to prevent back-feeding, and the low-end is equipped with supporting wheel hub to prevent deformation of the cylinder during extrusion.
5). Accessory parts: the body of the roller cover, chain and pulley shield.
3. Equipment advantages
1). Energy-saving and consumption-reducing extrusion granulation is the granulation of materials at normal temperature. Compared with other methods, drying measures such as fuel oil and gas are not needed.
2). There is no need to add additional adhesives. Dry granulation does not need additional additives. It only needs to utilize the intermolecular force of the material itself to simplify the process and reduce energy consumption.
3). Low investment due to the lack of drying process, low feed-back ratio (accounting for about 15% of the total feed volume of extruder), simple process flow and low investment.
4). Raw material composition flexible extrusion granulation production raw material route is relatively wide, currently there are more than 20 kinds of materials that have been successfully used for extrusion granulation, and the extrusion granulation technology department is adopted to realize the replacement of product formula in a very short time.
5). Environmental protection without three wastes emission, the energy consumed by squeezing granulation is only electricity, and environmental protection without three wastes emission, which adapts to the basic national policy of the state on environmental protection and also conforms to the development strategy of environmental protection of enterprises.
