Project Introduction

This project mainly provides the process design from the start of the feeding box feeder after aging to the storage of finished products.

The feeding box-type feeder uniformly feeds the homogenized sludge and clay mixture to the belt conveyor. The roller granulator is used for extrusion granulation, and the granulated material balls are screened by a shaping machine. The pellets enter the rotary kiln for preheating and drying, and then enter the calcining kiln for calcination. During this period, the raw pellets will mature and swell to form mature ceramsite, and the fired ceramsite will enter the cooler for cooling. The finished ceramsite from the cooler is transported to the stockyard by the belt conveyor for storage.
