2、Client & Project Situation
The customer is a well-known university in China. Due to teaching and project research and development needs, they ordered a disc test granulator from ZK CORP in September 2025. The equipment was manufactured and shipped as scheduled in October 2025.
2.1 Using Range：Generally used for preparing material balls larger than 1mm.
2.2 Material：
During the experiment, about 10kg of material is required, with a powder fineness of 200-400 mesh, a raw material moisture content of less than 7%, and a ball forming range of 1-25mm.
