The water-cooled jacket cooler is a high-efficiency cooling device developed by ZK Machine for the continuous cooling of high-temperature materials. The equipment adopts a jacketed water-cooling structure, in which cooling water flows continuously within the shell jacket and exchanges heat indirectly with the material inside the cylinder, achieving rapid and uniform cooling of high-temperature materials. The material does not come into direct contact with the cooling water, resulting in no secondary contamination. The parts of the cylinder in contact with the material can be made of 304 stainless steel, with the inner wall integrally ground and polished, and all welds subjected to 100% radiographic testing. It is widely used for cooling high-temperature granular and powdery materials in the chemical, metallurgical, building materials, and environmental protection industries.
Jacketed indirect water cooling: the material does not contact water, causing no material contamination and generating no wastewater;
2. Uniform and efficient heat exchange: the heat removed by the cooling water temperature rise is stable, and the discharge temperature is controllable;
3. Material contact surfaces optionally made of 304 stainless steel, with low Ra polished inner wall, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean;
4. 100% RT-tested welds meeting standards, with strictly controlled cylinder straightness and runout for stable operation and long service life;
Capacity: 200–300 T/D (calculated based on cylinder specification Ø2.4m×18m)
Model: High-temperature granular and powdery materials (e.g., chemical granules, sintered material, roasted discharge, etc.; specific model determined by working conditions)
Cooling temperature: Inlet ≤200°C, outlet ≤60°C (adjustable according to working conditions)
