Product Applications and Characteristics

2.1 The PCH ring hammer crusher features stable and reliable operation, compact structure, low dust emission, low noise, light weight, convenient maintenance and low power consumption, with a strong capacity to discharge ultra-hard materials. Our PCH ring hammer crusher is applicable to the crushing and production of various brittle materials, with a feed particle size ranging from 200mm to 400mm, a discharge particle size of ≤30mm, and an hourly output capacity of 8 to 1000 tons.

3 Working Principle

3.1 This equipment is a ring hammer crusher mainly composed of a frame assembly, rotor assembly, grate plate assembly, synchronous adjustment device and hydraulic top cover opening device. The main unit is connected to the motor via a fluid coupling for direct startup. The ring hammers can not only rotate with the rotor but also rotate around the ring hammer pins. After materials enter the crushing chamber, they are crushed by the impact of high-speed rotating ring hammers. The crushed materials gain kinetic energy from the ring hammers and dash toward the crushing plate for secondary crushing. The materials then fall onto the sieve plate and undergo further crushing through shearing, extrusion and grinding by the ring hammers as well as mutual collision between materials, before being discharged from the machine through sieve holes.

3.2 Structural Composition

The main body consists of components including a frame assembly, rotor assembly, grate plate assembly, synchronous adjustment device and hydraulic top cover opening device. The main unit is connected to the motor via a fluid coupling and supports direct startup.
