YK Series vibrating screen is a new series of screen, which was designed according to the company after years of research design experience, on the basis of digesting and absorbing vibrating screen at home and abroad. Especially suitable for granular material classification.

Project Engineering Concept：

YK Series vibrating screen has high production capacity, high screening efficiency, reasonable performance parameter, high structure strength and stiffness, and convenient for operation and maintenance. 

YK Series vibrating screen belongs to the screening equipment for single quality forced vibration system, motor drive vibrator through a belt, due to vibrator fixed on the screen box, therefore, make the vibrating screen box do the continuous vibration. When the vibrating screen in normal work, because the screen surface incline, material will float to the downward do the continuous projectile motion with the screen box, and threw up on the layered, falling in with sieve surface contact process, so as to complete the material classification process.

YK Series vibrating screen is composed of screen box, vibrator and vibration components, spring and the elastic components, and the rest of the accessories, etc.

The screen box: it composed by box beams, side panel, the feeding trough, hopper, plate and screen mesh, etc. It adopt the high strength bolt connection, improve the reliability of the machine; Screen mesh sieve box is equipped with 2 layers, to realize the classification of materials; Screen mesh with layering and bolt tensioning, convenient installation and reliable operation; Equipped with flat, dust effectively.

Support device: screen box was fixed in the support device by the spring, because spring is elastic element, isolating the vibration of the sieve box, when vibrating screen work could also provide a quiet environment.

Vibrator: motor produce periodic vibration through a belt drive vibrator. Because of the vibrator with dry oil lubrication, therefore, it should be check the lubrication condition at least three times per week, if find lack of oil, it should be add lubricating oil timely.

Transmission part: adopt V belt for transmission, it can effectively achieve overload protection.
