Project Introduction: This project is the pretreatment equipment of the aluminum ash recycling project. The main equipment is the manufacture, installation and debugging of the equipment such as roller sieve, dry ball mill, aluminum ash unpacking machine, aluminum ash blanking bin, etc. It also provides the training of operation, maintenance and repair and the technical service of practical training for this project.

1. Dry ball mill

① mainly grinding electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag materials

② it has many advantages such as high working efficiency, low operation cost, stable mechanical performance, stable transmission, high vacancy, low product loss, easy replacement of vulnerable parts, low maintenance cost, etc.

③ It is equipped with bearing temperature measurement, which is safe and reliable.

④ cylindrical sieve with beating function is installed at the outlet of ball mill, which saves linear vibrating screen and investment compared with traditional scheme.

⑤ dust collector cover is added at the exit of ball mill, which can reduce dust a lot.

2. Drum screen

(1) it has the characteristics of strong processing ability, high screening efficiency, compact structure, simple replacement of screen, etc.

③ the box body is welded by profiles and steel plates, with good strength and convenient installation. And is equipped with a fully sealed shield, which can effectively prevent dust leakage.
