Introduction of Hubei ceramsite transformation project

A state-owned enterprise in Hubei signed the transformation contract of ceramsite kiln with our company in November 2020. The customer used to use the rotary kiln for cement calcining, but now due to the demand of disposing solid waste, we entrust our company to transform it into calcined shale ceramsite. After receiving the customer's invitation, our company will arrange technicians at the first time, led by director Xu of the engineering technology center, to the site for investigation. After all-round inspection, the transformation plan was formulated and the cooling system was added.

Add kiln tail feeding equipment, heat exchanger structure and kiln tail feeding mechanism to ensure that the materials enter the rotary kiln smoothly and improve the heat utilization rate.

Improved kiln head cover and kiln head seal. The head cover of the original kiln is small, which is not conducive to the discharge of materials. After the change, the discharge gate is added to realize the separate discharge of large materials and fine materials, so as to avoid congestion in the kiln head. Replace the fish scale seal to prevent air leakage and ensure negative pressure in the kiln.

Add cooling machine, cold smoke chamber and seal to facilitate the rapid cooling of materials.

At present, the transformation, installation and debugging of the production line have been completed, and the equipment is in normal operation.
