The combustion air generated by the combustion air fan of the calcination system and the coal gas from the gasification system are burned in the (2.12) hot air furnace through the gas burner, producing flue gas at 1300~1400℃. Under the suction of the induced draft fan of the calcination system, the flue gas is converted into hot air at 1200~1250℃, which enters the (2.14) main and auxiliary calcination rotary kilns. The powder material entering the calcination kiln undergoes high-temp. calcination and enters the (2.15) No.1 high-temp. calcination cyclone separator along with the hot air. After (2.15) cyclone separation, the calcined finished product enters the clinker thermal insulation silo (2.16), and then is discharged through a high-temp. electric discharge valve and cooled by air before entering the finished product silo.
The hot air discharged from the No. 1 calcination cyclone separator enters the No. 2 cyclone separator, and simultaneously carries the powder discharged from the electric discharge valve of the No. 3 cyclone separator into the No. 2 cyclone separator, completing the secondary preheating of the material.
The powder collected by the (2.10) No. 2 cyclone separator enters the (2.14) main and auxiliary calciner through the electric discharge valve for calcination. The tail gas discharged from the (2.10) No. 2 cyclone separator enters the (2.11) No. 3 cyclone separator, and simultaneously, the powder discharged from the electric discharge valve of the (2.06) No. 4 drying cyclone separator is also brought into the (2.11) No. 3 drying cyclone separator, completing the primary preheating of the material.
The waste gas discharged from the (2.11) No. 3 cyclone separator enters the (2.05) flash dryer as the heat source for drying the material. At this time, the temp. of the air entering the flash dryer is around 430~480℃.
