Cyclone dust collector has been in commercial operation for more than 100 years, which is mainly used for pre-dust removal and separation and recovery of coarse particle powder. Such as the crushing of minerals and rocks, the dust removal of sieving; The separation and recovery of powder pipeline transportation; The separation and recovery of particles such as granary, cotton, wood processing and chemicals, etc., which have wide application value. However, the seal of the ash discharge opening of the cyclone dust collector and the equipment wear caused by centrifugal force are also important issues that cannot be ignored.
Second, structure
Cyclone dust collector consists of cylinder, cone, inner cylinder, air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe and ash discharge valve.
Cyclone dust collector is mostly steel structure, with cylinder diameter D0 as the basic size, and its structural size is shown in Table 1. If there are special needs, the inside of the cyclone dust collector should be anti-corrosion and wear-resistant.
The ash discharge device has dual functions of ash discharge and sealing. If the dust discharge and air leakage will inevitably destroy the flow field characteristics inside the cyclone dust collector, and the recycled ash in the ash hopper will return to discharge, which will seriously affect the dust removal effect and lead to the failure of dust removal function in serious cases. Star-type discharger is recommended.
