Sludge Drying Equipment

1. The shaft, blade and shell can heat transfer, the drying area is large, the drying speed is fast, the thermal efficiency is more than 2 times that of ordinary drying equipment, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 80%.

2. There are various operation methods, which can be operated intermittently or continuously, pressurized or vacuum, and also suitable for heat sensitive materials.

3. The rotation speed of the shaft can be adjusted (generally 3-25 r/min, and the peripheral speed is 0.03-1.5 m/s), which can control the drying temperature, drying time, final wet content, yield and so on of the materials, and stir the materials evenly and dry them evenly.

4. Because it is conducted heating, the amount of gas required for drying is less, and the energy saving is remarkable. Compared with similar products, it saves about 40% steam and 30% electricity.

5. The dust entraps are very few, and the discharged gas is easy to be handled. The subsequent processing equipment, such as powder object capture system and material vapor recovery system, has a small load, or can be omitted.

6. The blade structure is special, and its heating surface has the function of self-cleaning each other.

7. When inert gas is used as wet carrier, organic solvent can be recycled.

8. The two axes rotate at a low speed, and the wear of blades and shafts is very small.

9. There are few vulnerable parts, and the cost of operation and maintenance is low. Only the static ring inside the bearing bush and rotary joint is vulnerable parts.
