FU type Scraper Conveyor

Working principle:

There exists mutual internal friction and internal pressure among the particles of bulk material. They are driven by the movement of conveyor chain in the machine slot of chain transportation machine and have the same pulling force as the movement direction, which increases the internal friction and internal pressure between bulk materials. When the internal friction is greater than the friction between the material and the Machine slot Wall, the material moves forward under the drive of conveyor chain, the increased internal force ensures the stable state between the material layers, making them form the whole continuous flow. When the ratio of the height of the material layer to the width of the machine groove meets certain conditions, the logistics is stable, and the material speed is approximately equal to the chain speed.

4. Long service life. The normal life of the conveyor chain made of alloy steel after advanced heat treatment is more than 5 years, and the life of the roller on the chain (according to different materials) is more than 2-3 years.

5. The process layout is flexible, which can be elevated, bottom surface or pit layout, horizontal or climbing (≤15℃) installation, horizontal climbing with the same machine, and multi-point feeding and discharging layout.
