Project name: Hazardous Waste Treatment Project in Ganluo county, Liangshan prefecture.

Working conditions: the rotary kiln-secondary combustion chamber is used for incineration treatment of hazardous wastes, which are both liquid and solid and semi-solid substances. Daily treatment of hazardous waste (Solid Waste + waste liquid) is 50 t/h (load variation range: 70%-120%). The processing capacity is 2083kg/h. Among them, the daily treatment (solid liquid + low calorific value waste liquid) of the rotary kiln is 45T, and the processing capacity is 1850kg/h when converted into an hour. The second combustion chamber processes 5t of high calorific value waste liquid, and the processing capacity is 208kg/h after being converted into an hour.

This project adopts rotary kiln incineration to treat hazardous waste, and adopts secondary combustion chamber as flue gas re-incineration equipment. Solid waste and waste liquid are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. As the cylinder of the rotary kiln moves slowly in the inclined state, the waste moves from the high end to the kiln head in the axial direction while rotating with the cylinder; Fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion, and the waste is unloaded from the discharge end after drying, pyrolyzing, burning and cooling; Flue gas containing harmful gases such as dioxin enters the secondary combustion chamber, under the high temperature of 1100℃, staying for more than 2 seconds, after the harmful gases such as dioxin can be completely decomposed, further purification treatment will be carried out; An emergency discharge chimney is set above the secondary combustion chamber, and when abnormal conditions occur in the secondary combustion chamber, the valve can be opened automatically to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Main equipment in the project:

The inner diameter of the rotary kiln barrel is 3600mm and the length is 14000mm. The inclination angle is 1.5 degrees. Driven by transmission device: main motor (frequency conversion), main reducer and gear ring. Rotary kiln is equipped with secondary motor and secondary reducer for maintenance. Kiln head cover, kiln head and cylinder sealing device, kiln tail and cyclone dust collector inlet sealing device and supporting wheel device, etc., the seal adopts fish scale and labyrinth type seal.
