1. Project overview:

Jiangsu Wanhong Optical Materials Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the sales of ordinary optical materials, glasses and accessories. In April 2020, due to the research and development of lens manufacturing technology, one small ceramic ball mill of Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd was purchased. All kinds of raw material ingredients and grinding requirements of lens-grade glass are strict, especially in the grinding process, iron component pollution is most avoided, because the existence of iron component will affect the color of the lens. After knowing its requirements, the business personnel of Henan Zheng mine completed the equipment manufacturing at the end of the month. The Mill lining board and grinding body were made of ceramic lining board and ceramic ball to meet the customer's needs.

2. Solution:

This time, one ceramic ball mill is supplied, with a specification of 600x 600m, intermittent grinding and a design loading capacity of 0.05 tons. The project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:

1) wide scope of application: ceramic ball mill can adapt to grinding of various materials. The grinding body uses ceramic lining plate and ceramic ball to avoid the pollution of iron grinding body to raw materials.

2) good energy saving: the ceramic ball mill can start under pressure and reduce the starting current, thus saving more energy.

3) uniform particle size of the product: because there is a template in the discharge port of the ceramic ball mill to control the particle size of the discharge, it is difficult to discharge too large materials from the discharge port.

4) the driving device, the mill barrel and the base are installed in one, which is convenient and compact, and easy to move and carry.
