1. Project overview:
The project is located in Huai'an city, Jiangsu province, and two new construction ceramsite production lines with an annual output of 100,000 square meters are built, which take the abandoned soil, domestic water sludge and river sludge as raw materials in the surrounding cities to realize harmless and resource-based treatment of solid waste. Based on the quality advantage of ceramsite equipment of Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. and its wide use in this region, the main equipment of rotary kiln and cooling machine of two production lines of Jiangsu Sizhou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. are all supplied by Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., and both parties signed the supply contract in June 2019. the equipment installation and commissioning were completed in August 20202020 and the acceptance was successful.
The product focuses on reducing energy consumption, high operation reliability and easy operation.
2. Solution:
This project supplies 2 sets of plug-in rotary kiln, 2 sets of cooling machine and other supporting lifting transportation equipment. The following solutions are mainly adopted to solve the problems of technology and energy and meet the requirements of customers.
1) plan the process flow according to the actual situation of the customer's site and reasonably arrange the equipment. The project site is a rectangular site with altitude difference. The business personnel adopt two parallel layout schemes of rotary kiln and cooling machine, and use the terrain drop to place the rotary kiln at a high place and the cooling machine at a high place to meet the technological requirements and save the land area and investment.
2) use the plug-in rotary kiln to burn ceramsite to realize a more reasonable thermal system and increase the fluctuation of material performance and moisture in the process of ceramsite firing. Compared with the straight-cylinder rotary kiln, the plug-in rotary kiln can realize the preheating, drying and roasting of ceramsite firing process in different sections. The two rotary kilns are driven by their respective main motors and control the rotating speed, so that different retention time of materials in the preheating, drying and roasting sections can be controlled separately, while the straight-cylinder rotary kiln cannot be realized.
3) rotary kiln and cooler are driven by variable frequency speed regulating motor, which can adjust the rotating speed in real time according to the needs, which is convenient for energy saving; Bearing of supporting wheel and supporting wheel adopts self-aligning rolling bearing. Compared with common sliding bearing, sliding friction turns into rolling friction, which saves driving power consumption and is convenient for maintenance.
4) the end of the cooling machine is equipped with a screen screen, which can timely separate the unqualified ceramsite of the cooling machine, and cool the sieve into one, avoiding the separate screening equipment in the ordinary process, simplifying the process and saving investment.
