Working principle of the equipment:

Solid waste and waste liquid are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. Since the cylinder moves slowly in the rotary kiln under the inclined state, the waste moves from the high end to the kiln head in the axial direction while the cylinder rotates with the cylinder; Fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion, and the waste is unloaded from the discharge end after drying, pyrolysis, burning and cooling; Flue gas containing harmful gases such as dioxin enters the secondary combustion chamber, at the high temperature of 1100℃, stay for about 2 seconds to make dioxin and other harmful gases break down proudly and then conduct further purification treatment; At the top of the second combustion chamber, a section of emergency discharge chimney is designed. The Chimney leads to the outside, and the system is in a closed state during normal operation. However, when the pressure in the incineration system reaches the limit, the internal high-pressure flue gas can open the door cover of the chimney and discharge, avoid the danger of explosion.
