High-efficiency α-alumina powder preparation specialized equipment: Ceramic water-cooled ball mill

Hubei Co., Ltd. specializes in researching and producing high-temperature and advanced ceramic powder materials, which are widely used in related industries. With the continuous development of the company's business, we plan to invest in a new project for α-alumina calcination and micro-powder production. The project will occupy 82 acres and have a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It will be carried out in two phases.
During the project design period, our company conducted multiple and long-term technical exchanges with the client. For the preparation of fine powder, we ultimately chose to use a φ3.0×10m ceramic ball mill. This type of ball mill has advantages that other equipment does not have:
Water-cooled design: The innovative water-cooled jacketed cylinder design effectively solves the heat issue of ball mills during grinding, extending grinding time and increasing yield.
Other advantages: The end of the cylinder is equipped with an exhaust pipe and pneumatic + mechanical safety device, ensuring operational safety while improving production efficiency; the inner wall of the full ceramic liner fundamentally reduces iron contamination, ensuring the purity of the alumina powder.
