Phase One: Shattering

The small pieces of coal gangue after crushing are sent to the hopper by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the ball mill drum through a vibrating feeder for grinding.
Phase Three: Grading
The coal gangue powder after grinding is sorted by a grading machine. Materials that do not meet standards are returned to the ball mill for re-grinding.
Phase Four: Collecting Powder
Materials that meet the fineness criteria are carried by air flow through the pipeline into the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished materials are then sent to the finished product warehouse through the discharge port by the conveyor system.
