1. Project Introduction
1.1 Material: Phosphate ore Feed size: 25mm Discharge size: 3mm Customer selected model based on owner's requirements: 2PG400×250 double-roll crusher.
2. Product Application and Features
2.1 Double-roll crushers are used for crushing phosphate ore materials. They feature a simple structure, compact and lightweight design, low cost, reliable operation, and convenient adjustment of the crushing ratio. They exhibit minimal over-crushing during operation.
3. Working Principle
3.1 The rollers of a double-roll crusher consist of a pair of cylindrical rollers mounted horizontally and parallel to each other on the frame. The front and rear rollers rotate in opposite directions. Material is fed into the hopper and falls onto the rotating rollers. Under the friction force on the roller surface, the material is drawn between the rollers and crushed by their compression. The crushed material is then discharged downward by the rotating rollers.
3.2 Structural Composition
3.2.1 Movable roller, fixed roller assembly
The movable roller and fixed roller assembly primarily consists of rollers, main shafts, bearing housings, bearings, and pulleys. The rollers are made of ZGMn13 steel, offering excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
3.2.2 Adjustment Device
The adjustment mechanism primarily consists of a support bracket, springs, spring seats, and an adjustment screw. It is used to regulate the distance between the two rollers, provide crushing pressure, and protect against excessively hard materials.
3.2.3 Transmission System
The transmission system primarily consists of components such as motors and pulleys, featuring reliable operation and overload protection.
3.2.4 Shell
The shells are bolted together for easy disassembly, significantly reducing maintenance time.
