From raw material selection to ingredient mixing, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. has adopted the same batch of core raw materials used in the early sampling to eliminate performance deviations caused by raw material fluctuations. The quality inspection report shows that the chemical composition (such as key oxide content) and physical indicators of the product are highly consistent with the sample data sent initially.

Excellent resistance to glass liquid erosion:

By optimizing the matrix composition, the product exhibits strong chemical stability when facing high-temperature glass liquid erosion. Compared to ordinary refractory materials, its erosion rate is significantly reduced, effectively avoiding glass defects caused by refractory peeling and ensuring the purity of the glass liquid from the source.

 Dense structure and extremely low porosity:

Using high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing processes, the product has extremely low porosity and high bulk density. This dense structure constructs a strong defense line, effectively blocking the permeation path of harmful gases.

The quality inspection report of the final product shows that key indicators such as chemical composition, apparent porosity, and compressive strength of the product are highly consistent with the data of the sample sent initially.

Thanks to the confirmation of the process route in the early sampling stage, once the customer confirms, the agile production process is immediately initiated. From raw material stocking to molding and sintering, and then to quality inspection and factory delivery, every step is seamlessly connected.

Finally, this batch of customized refractory materials was delivered to the customer's site at the scheduled time.
