Project Overview

The raw material of this project is 200-mesh zeolite powder. The powder is loose and difficult to agglomerate. The key challenges of pelletizing are controlling the uniformity of ball formation, reducing disc sticking and improving pellet strength. Matching the material characteristics, the Φ1.6m disc pelletizer is equipped with an adjustable inclination angle, variable frequency speed regulation system and combined cleaning scraper. During production, the dosage of sprayed binder is precisely controlled to stabilize the rolling and forming environment of materials inside the disc, which effectively solves the problems of heavy dusting and poor ball-forming performance of fine zeolite powder.

Solution

Production line process flow: zeolite powder conveying → pre-mixing and conditioning → disc pelletizing → pellet screening → drying → finished product collection.

The Φ1.6m disc pelletizer serves as the core forming equipment. It runs stably with high pelletizing rate. The produced spherical zeolite pellets feature regular shape, controllable particle size and sufficient strength for handling and transfer, greatly cutting dust loss.
