Process Overview

The Lithium Extraction System from Overhaul Slag is a complete core pretreatment system for the resource utilization of overhaul slag, specially designed for the crushing and grinding of electrolytes.

The process includes multi-stage crushing, sectional ball milling, precise classification and powder selection, and full-process dust removal. It processes massive electrolyte raw materials into particle sizes meeting the requirements of subsequent lithium extraction, laying a high-quality raw material foundation for the lithium extraction process.

The system balances production efficiency and environmental protection standards, adapts to special high-altitude working conditions, features standardized overall equipment layout, smooth full-process connection, and efficient operation.

 

Process Flow

Raw material impurity removal & crushing → Quantitative feeding before grinding → Fine grinding → Classification & coarse powder returning → Finished product conveying & storage → Full-process dust removal and supporting systems

FEATURES


Strong high-altitude adaptability and stable operation

Custom-designed for low air pressure and low temperatures at high altitudes. Core motors, fans and dust collectors use high-altitude special models. The lubricating oil station is equipped with heaters, and low-voltage motors feature IP65 high protection grade. The system can operate continuously and stably throughout the year, adapting to harsh high-altitude conditions.

High grinding precision and uniform finished particle size

Two-stage crushing pre-refines raw materials, and a three-compartment ball mill performs graded grinding, matched with a variable-frequency precision powder classifier. Finished fineness is stably controlled at 120 mesh with a passing rate ≥95%, ensuring uniform particle size and greatly improving subsequent lithium extraction efficiency.

Closed-loop process design with 100% raw material utilization

Unqualified coarse powder is recycled for re-grinding without raw material waste. Full-process dust collection efficiency reaches ≥99.9%, and all collected dust is recycled to the finished product silo, achieving zero dust emission and full utilization of raw materials.

Environmentally compliant and green production

Particulate emission concentration ≤10mg/Nm³, far below national standards. Offline pulse bag dust removal is adopted without secondary pollution. The circulating water system realizes water reuse, complying with green production standards.

Easy operation and maintenance with high cost performance

Equipped with precise metering and anti-arching devices with a high degree of automation. Wearing parts of core equipment are made of wear-resistant materials for easy disassembly and replacement, with low failure rate. One-stop supply, installation, commissioning and technical training reduce operation and maintenance costs.
