The client is coming from Estonia, to purchase lab ball mill, for the grinding study of construction materials.

Grinding capacity: 10 ~ 20kg/batch

Local voltage / frequency: 400V / 50Hz

Communication process:

We recommend our mature laboratory mills and models φ 305 * 350mm, and provide production and manufacturing pictures, delivery pictures and operation videos to customers for reference. After nearly 5 months of communication, we finally placed an order for purchase. 

During communication, key points of customer concern:

1.Intermittent feeding: the operation time of the mill can be determined according to the needs of the fineness of the final product, so as to achieve the desired fineness.

2.CIF prices: For LCL sea transportation, the external packaging of export wooden cases or iron frame cases shall be considered.

3.CE certification of motor: for the equipment entering the European market, the motor must have CE certification. The motor supplier who has obtained the CE certification certificate shall be selected for supply, and the certificate shall be provided to the customer.
