The main purpose of this project is to change the structure of the counter-roll granulator with 30%-35% water-containing sludge by the owner to improve the granulation efficiency and granulation effect.

3. Solution

1. Adopting the combination structure of bachelor and one side of roll with holes solves the problem of excessive water content of sludge, granulation and bonding.

2. High production efficiency, with a ball forming rate of over 90%.

3. The discharge is uniform, and the size of the extrusion sludge particles of the double roller granulator is uniform, which can meet the requirements of the lower-end process on the size and shape of sludge.

4. The overall operation of the equipment is stable and the noise is low. At the same time, the sealing cover is adopted to receive materials. The work site is clean and tidy, and the operation is convenient.
