Spain 25tph Fly Ash Rotary Dryer

Project background: The customer needs to purchase a 25tph single rotary dryer, and we need to recommend a suitable model and clarify the scope of supply.

【Communication Process】

Output capacity: 25tph

Material: fly ash

Moisture before drying: 35%

Moisture after drying: 8%

In the process of communication with the customer, we learned that the customer needs to dry the fly ash with 35% water content, and the finished product after drying needs to reach 8% water content, and the heat source is provided by the customer 

According to customer’s requirement, the engineer recommends to use the single rotary dryer φ3.2×28m. And I have let the equipment engineer provide the specific scope of supply of this dryer. The detailed technical parameters and quotation of this rotary dryer have been submitted to the customer.

【Follow-up Communication】

Customer indicates that there is no other technical problem for the time being. This project is planned to be built in 2022 and will be actively followed up next year.
