Project description:

This project includes lifting equipment, storage equipment, metering equipment, grinding equipment, dust collection equipment, coal injection equipment, nitrogen protection equipment and automatic control system. The supply, installation and debugging of the project are all contracted by Huaneng Machine Co., Ltd. After the equipment was sent to the site, our staff stayed at the site and actively followed up. The installation and debugging were successfully completed and put into production in 2019.

The finished coal powder has a uniform granularity and can fully burn to meet the needs of customers. The whole system runs smoothly without pollution through negative pressure control. Since the operation of the equipment, the failure rate is low, which has been well received by customers.

Solution:

1. Use silo, belt scale, etc. to safely store and effectively measure raw coal and pulverized coal.

2. The drying and grinding capacity of the air-sweeping coal mill is high, the noise is low, the particle size of finished coal powder is uniform, and it can be fully burned.

3. Dust collection system: collect and transport pulverized coal. The system is operated under negative pressure, with no pollution and discharge up to the standard, meeting the requirements of environmental protection.

4. The coal injection equipment is stable and effectively cooperates with the combustion of the rotary kiln.

5. The nitrogen protection device is responsive and can effectively protect the system.

6. Automatic control system: centralized control, advanced technology and convenient operation.
