Objective introduction: This project is a comprehensive hazardous waste incineration project of 100t/d in Xing county, Shanxi Province. The main equipment is the manufacture, installation and debugging of rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber. The project is mainly used for comprehensive incineration treatment of hazardous waste and flue gas treatment. According to the material characteristics and incineration process requirements of comprehensive hazardous waste, this type of rotary kiln has the characteristics of complete incineration, strong adaptability, high operation rate, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc. It can be used together with the second combustion chamber to realize harmless, reduction and resource processing of comprehensive hazardous waste.

Working Principle of equipment

Solid waste and waste liquid are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. Since the cylinder moves slowly in the rotary kiln under the inclined state, the waste rotates with the cylinder and moves from the high-end to the kiln head in the axial direction; Fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion. After drying, pyrolyzing, burning and cooling, the waste is removed from the discharge end; Flue gas containing harmful gases such as dioxin enters the secondary combustion chamber, under the high temperature of 1100℃, stay for about 2 seconds to make dioxin and other harmful gases break down proudly and then conduct further purification treatment; At the top of the second combustion chamber, a section of emergency discharge chimney is designed. The Chimney leads to the outside, and the system is in a closed state when it runs normally. However, when the pressure in the incineration system reaches the limit, the internal high pressure flue gas can open the door cover of the chimney and discharge, avoid the danger of explosion.
