This system mainly consists of: one φ 3.2m two-stage cold clean coal gas gasifier and its associated purification equipment, coal gas compressor, and other associated device.
The qualified raw coal adopts an electric hoist coal feeding system to lift qualified coal to the coal storage bin. The coal is added to the furnace through an automatic coal feeder from the coal storage bin, and the coal is heated by gas from the gasification section for dry distillation. After dry distillation, the semi coke moves down to the gasification section and reacts with the gasification agent to generate gas (the gasification agent is composed of air and steam). The gas generated in the gasification section is divided into two parts: one part is discharged from the gas outlet of the lower section of the two-stage gasifier, and the other part is mixed with dry distillation gas upward and discharged from the gas outlet of the upper section of two-stage gasifier. The gas from the lower outlet enters the phenol water evaporation system (E0101), the air coolers (E0102, E0103) for cooling and dust removal, and then enters the indirect cooler (E0104) for further cooling. The gas from the upper outlet enters the first stage electric filter (V0102) to remove tar, and then enters the indirect cooler (E0104) for cooling before being mixed with the lower stage. The mixed gas enters the second stage electric filter (V0103) for further dust and oil removal, and is pressurized by the gas compressor (C0102A/ C0102B, one use, one standby) and sent to the gas consumption point after passing through the dry desulfurization tower (T0101A/ T0101B, one use, one standby).
In the coal to gas process, the tar removed by the electric tar catcher and electric light oil catcher is a low-temperature dry distillation product, which is recovered through a coke tank. Tar is a product of medium to low temperature dry distillation,. Its properties are similar to light diesel, with a calorific value of about 10000 kcal. It is a top-grade fuel and chemical raw material that can be sold as a byproduct.
Due to the fact that the circulating water in the intercooler does not come into direct contact with the coal gas, it can be closed-loop, and without purification treatment; The condensate water (phenol water) of the intercooler is a toxic substance, however, this process adopts sensible heat recovery technology, so it can achieve zero discharge of harmful substances.
The refractory materials used in this system will be manually laid on the project site.
