The bottom of the cache compartment is equipped with a manual screw valve, which functions similarly to the manual flat valve and is used for equipment maintenance. The lime and water react fully in the digester and pass through the three-stage digestion unit in turn. The quicklime and water are fully stirred, and the lime digestion is completely completed. An air box pulse bag dust collector is installed above the three-stage digester to timely extract the high humidity gas generated during the digestion process and the extracted flue gas. The temperature is around 80-90 ℃. In order to accelerate the digestion reaction rate, hot flue gas is used to heat the digestion water. The induced draft fan introduces hot flue gas into the heat exchange water tank, and a spray water pump is installed at the bottom of the heat exchange water tank to extract the water from the tank. The water is sprayed into the two-layer spray area through pipes and nozzles. The hot flue gas and spray water undergo reverse heat exchange in the heat exchange water tank, and the flue gas after heat exchange is discharged through the chimney above the heat exchange water tank. Hot water circulates in the water tank, and through the continuous reciprocating process described above, the hot water in the tank stabilizes at around 60 ℃. It is then pumped into the first stage digestion machine through the digestion water pump.
The hydrated lime powder from the outlet of the three-stage hydration machine is fed into the ceramic powder separator machine through the screw conveyor and bucket elevator . A dust collector is installed on the top of the finished product silo. Dust from the finished product warehouse during the transportation process through connecting pipelines. The 325 mesh coarse waste residue from the powder selection machine is sent to the waste residue bin through a screw conveyor. The waste residue bin is equipped with a manual screw valve and a jumbo bag packer, and the waste residue is cleaned regularly.
Two finished product silo are each equipped with one double mouth packaging machine, which packages hydrated lime into 25kg/bag. Two finished product warehouses are equipped with one electric flat gate and one screw conveyor at each cone, which are used to load finished products into bulk loading trucks.
