The four reinforcement rings on the cylinder of the ball mill of this project are supported on four groups of rubber idlers, and the wheel stopping device is set in the axial direction of the cylinder to prevent it from moving along the axial direction; The transmission process is that the motor drives the speed reducer through hydraulic coupler and triangular belt, and the supporting coupling drives the idler to rotate the cylinder through the effect of friction. When the machine body rotates, the grinding medium is carried with continuous ejection movement due to friction. The materials are highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving grinding medium, and the crushed materials are discharged through the discharge sieve tube through overflow mode.

Features:

(1) the material enters the mill through the feed chute for grinding. The chute adopts thick-skin seamless steel pipe, which has strong scour resistance. The chute is fixed on the underframe through the bracket.
