Electromagnetic Pulse Valve for Dust Removal Equipment

I. Product use

Electromagnetic pulse valve (also as diaphragm valve) is the "switch" of compressed air in the dust cleaning and blowing system of pulse bag filter ". Under the control of the output signal of the pulse valve blowing controller, the filter bag is blown to clear dust one by one (chamber) to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to ensure the handling capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

II. Working principle

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, the front and the back. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle, at this time, the electromagnetic pulse valve of the back air chamber pressure drop diaphragm component close to the output port of the valve is in the closed state.

When Ash cleaning is needed, the electrical signal of the pulse controller makes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve move backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, the air chamber behind the valve loses pressure quickly, the diaphragm component moves backward, and the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the open state.

When the ash cleaning is finished, the electrical signal of the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the solenoid valve is reset, the exhaust hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber rises, making the diaphragm Assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed again.

3. Installation and Use

The control and use modes of pulse valve are usually divided into two types: one is the matching use of electromagnetic pulse valve and DMK type pulse blowing controller, and the other is the matching use of pneumatic pulse valve and remote electromagnetic valve group integrated control box.

The input end of the pulse valve and the air cylinder are connected by metal tube, and the threads are filled with Teflon raw material belt to fasten and seal. The output end is connected with the blowing tube of the dust collector, which can be connected by metal tube or fixed by pressure-resistant rubber tube and clamp.

Note that the capacity of gas package should meet the requirements of providing stable gas source of pulse valve, the inner wall of gas package should be clean, no rust and other sundries, the connecting pipe of gas package should be vertical, consistent in height and no leakage, and comply with various safety requirements.

The working pressure must be strictly controlled at 0.2 MPa-0.6Mpa, and the requirement is relatively stable.
